The Registrar's Office is the centre for student administrative issues at AUR. Students should contact the Registrar's office for issues around the following:
- Maintenance of students’ academic records, monitoring of students’ satisfactory academic progress, administering of incomplete contracts and academic withdrawals
- Course registration & Add/drop of courses
- Issuance of grade reports and transcripts
- Certification & verification
- Final exam schedules and academic calendars
- Graduation audits & issue of diplomas
- Transfer credits for continuing AUR degree students

Confidentiality of Student Educational Records
The Registrar’s Office maintains all student records relevant to their educational process as well as any personally identifiable information. The information cannot be disclosed to individuals for any reason without the student’s written consent.
These records are maintained in accordance with both US and Italian applicable laws and regulations.
- The USA law is known as Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act – FERPA.
- The applicable Italian law is known as Decreto Legislativo 30 giugno 2003 n.196 – Codice in Materia di Protezione dei Dati Personali. For more information regarding this Italian Law please refer to the official site.
